Transcription: Shift your weight to the right leg, keeping both the right knee and elbows soft. Fold your left leg behind you and bring your foot up to your gluteals. Then reach back with your left arm and place your hand over the top of your foot. Gently pull your foot one to three inches from your gluteals, hold for 10 to 30 seconds, and relax. During the stretch, your knee can be slightly in front of your glutes or directly under them. Abdominals should be tight at all times. Repeat this stretch for the right leg.
